We had the opportunity to furnish Caldwell Insulation’s new space from the ground up, delivering roughly 20 offices built with one goal in mind: create an environment that reflects the level they operate at.

From the moment you walk in, you’re met with custom sheet metal signage with integrated LED lighting. Four of them, placed intentionally to set the tone before a single word is spoken. Caldwell didn’t just build an office, they built a space for their people. A full gym, sauna, cold plunge, personal barber, golf simulator, and two kitchens all designed to elevate the everyday experience. The customized Dover Coffee Table brings a grounded, industrial presence into any space. Built from solid maple and raw steel, it balances clean lines with undeniable weight and character. Beyond the executive spaces, the rest of the office carries the same standard. Each room is outfitted with our Knight L Shape desks and custom storage solutions to support the way this team actually works.

These offices also showcase the next evolution of our IA Drafting Table, fully height and angle adjustable and built for real work. With dedicated blueprint storage, integrated Edwin Cooler Credenzas, and Edwin Closets throughout, every element was designed with purpose and placed with intention.
