For the reading room at HAVN Sanctuary, Iron Age Office created custom Carruca Workstations that bring together American craftsmanship, industrial character, and everyday functionality. Designed to provide individual workspaces within a shared environment, these workstations offer residents a dedicated place to read, study, or focus on the task at hand.

Each Carruca Workstation is handcrafted from solid maple butcher block and genuine raw steel, showcasing the natural character of both materials. The warmth of the wood contrasts with the rugged steel framework, creating a balance of industrial sophistication and timeless design. Every detail reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and furniture built to stand the test of time.

The finished reading room at HAVN Sanctuary demonstrates how thoughtfully designed furniture can shape the atmosphere of a space. Our Carruca Workstations introduce a strong architectural presence while maintaining the welcoming, functional environment a reading room deserves. It’s a space where craftsmanship and purpose come together, creating an environment designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
